Configuring myPatientNOW

Note: This functionality is available if your practice has a license for the patient portal. For additional information, check out What is myPatientNOW?This requires specific access rights, so if you don't see it, check with your Office Administrator.

There are 8 steps to configuring the portal for your office; just click each link to see configuration instructions. (See webinar below.)

  1. If you wish for your Logo to appear, send an email to support@patientnow.com with the logo file attached.
  2. registration fields to display and / or to be required on myPatientNOW
  3. the Personal Medical History Section
  4. the Family Medical History Section
  5. the Social History Section
  6. the email template(s) with the link to the patient portal
  7. users who will Sync patients to portal
  8. Syncing Configuration from patientNOW to myPatientNOW

 

Once these items are completed, you may begin inviting patients to log on to the patient portal to enter or update their information. For additional information, check out Sync Patient with MyPatientNOW.
